Organic Pink Peppercorn

• Organic Pink Peppercorns are not related to the black peppercorn plant. They are the fruits of a Brazilian pepper tree.
• Soft and easy to chew, add them early or late in a dish. Best in a light dish that allows their sweet, fruity, mildly peppery flavor to pop. (Because they're naturally soft, do not use them in a pepper grinder. They will gum it up.)
• Grown in Brazil.

Historically, Pink Peppercorn has been used as a treatment for colds, coughs, asthma, menstrual pain, rheumatism, bronchitis, and even urinary system infections. It's a healthy spice that few people in the US are aware of.
