Our Story

Our online store is named in honor of Spring Hope, North Carolina; the town my mother grew up in and our family has farmed for many generations.  The town was located near several springs the residents "hoped" would never run dry.  

Spring Hope is a tribute to a time when food was deliciously simple, processed food was unheard of, and organic earth friendly farming did not need a name - it was the norm.
